Purpose

Extended description of the purpose of data processing: Data belonging to clients registered on our web site (from now on "Clients") and users accessing online surveys and forms (from now on "Users") will be processed with the purpose of properly extending our survey service and facilitate communications between Clients and Users.

Personal Data recorded

The Provider shall only record the following personal data from Users and Clients, and only if they provide it and agree to their use:

• Email address
• Login and registration keys.

Personal Data Processing

The entity responsible for the web site, QServus SpA (from now on, "the Provider") notifies all Users and Clients that are now or will in the future provide personal data, that such data will be in compliance with international regulations and privacy framework including GDPR and US Privacy Shield.

Clients and Users, through registry and/or access to client area (granted via necessary identification keys), or through active use of the service, freely, explicitly and unequivocally agree to the use of their personal data by the Provider to the following ends;

1. Submission of publicity and business communications via e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social network or any other physical or electronic mean, present or future, that allows commercial communication. Such commercial communications will be related to products or services offered by the provider or the product or service with whom the user established a commercial relationship at the start of the service provided by QServus SpA.
2. Carry out statistical and/or market studies.
3. Process orders, or requests of any sort made by the user through any contact method at his/her disposal in the QServus Lite website.
4. Forward the website's news letter.
5. Establish communication between the Client and Users of said Client's goods or services, voluntarily requested by said Users.

In case of data requested for the provision of services, if such data were to be incomplete or untrue, the Provider does not guarantee the information and services provided to be completely adequate to the Client's requirements.

In any case, the Provider guarantees the user the rights of full access, rectification, cancellation, information and opposition, on terms complying to current legislation. Therefore, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations, the user may exert his/her rights submitting an explicit request, along with a DNI copy, through the following means:

Likewise, the Provider has adopted all technical and organizational measures to guarantee the safety, security and integrity of any personal data processed, as well as its protection from loss, alternation and/or access by an unauthorized third party.

Payment Information

If a Client wishes to hire the services provided by the web-site, said Client shall be redirected to Paypal Inc. Based in San José CA, USA, that will be in charge of requesting and recording payment information.

Data Submission

The Provider notifies and guarantees the Client, that his/her data will not be submitted to any third party withouth previous consent, and if such submission were to take place, the Client will be requested explicit, informed and unequivocal consent previous to the submission.

On the other hand, Users that fill in forms, will be able to authorize the submission of their personal data to possible service-providing, third parties with whom the User may have established contact through the use of services provided by QServus SpA. or those who hire the services provided by QServus SpA. for Users to use said services. This submission will be necessary for such third parties may contact the User and communicate with him/her. To that end, the User will have to provide and explicitly accept said submission in the corresponding page or form. In no case will data be submitted without User's consent and such consent will be requested in an explicit, informed and unequivocal way.

Use of Cookies and Activity Logs

The Provider, on their on account, or by hiring a measuring service, may use cookies when a user navigates the web site. Cookies are files sent to the browser by means of a web server, with the purpose of recording user activity during his time in the site.

Cookies used by the web site are only linked to an anonymous user and his/her computer, and do not, by themselves provide the User's personal data.

The web site's servers will be able to automatically detect the IP Address and domain name used by the User. An IP Address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the internet.

The IP Address will be deleted from the Provider's servers 5 hours after its collection.

Our Staff’s Access to Information

Our staff will only access your data at a minimum necessary standard, in order to provide technical or administrative support. For instance, if you open a support ticket, hire our consulting services, call our telephone support, or your account is flagged for a security reason, then our staff may log into your account for the purpose of troubleshooting and correcting the reported issue or performing their contracted task. We will not for any reason disseminate your data other than as you have directed (e.g. email actions, sending reports, etc.)
